Charles Bottaro

Charles Bottaro, a senior manager within the tax and advisory department, joined the firm in 1998 and is a fellow member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and The Association of Accounting Technicians. Charles is actively involved in the firm's advisory department where he specialises in both compulsory and voluntary liquidations and where throughout the last 10 years he has played an important role in various high profile cases. His other main area of practice is tax advisory and compliance where he oversees a number of engagements to both local and international clients. Charles also has overall responsibility for the firm's internal accounting function. He was appointed Company Secretary of PricewaterhouseCoopers Limited in 2005 and is currently a member of the Gibraltar Society of Accountant's insolvency and reorganisation faculty. Recently he has been actively involved in a Government consulting committee that assisted in the drafting of the Insolvency Act 2011. |
