  •  identify the key performance metrics for HR and how to measure them

  • be able to determine how best to form an effective business case for HR development in your organisation, illustrate relevant factors determining which metrics to use, and cite effective ways of using, presenting and reporting those metrics for senior management
  • consider future HR developments, and subsequent impact on performance measurement

The Measuring the Effectiveness of HR course is suitable for HR professionals working in either the private, public or voluntary sectors involved in proving the value of HR.

 

What will I be able to do after I receive the training?

You will be able to:

  • establish the most effective means of setting HR metrics appropriate to your business and linked to wider business strategy
  • identify how to evaluate against those metrics
  • distinguish between ‘efficiency’ and ‘effectiveness’ metrics
  • discuss how  best to present a convincing HR business case based on successful management of HR metrics and measurement of HR performance
