Kristina is the head of tax for Lithuania. She has been with PwC for 11 years and leads the tax practice of currently 19 people. She specializes in advice on mergers and acquisitions including restructuring and due diligence. Another area of specialist focus is in indirect taxation. Industry experience includes energy, utilities, real estate retail and consumer products, packaging, pharmaceuticals, etc. Kristina holds a Master of Law from Vilnius University, and a degree in Economics from International Business School of Vilnius University.

Jūratė is a tax manager specializing in personal income tax, social security and immigration compliance. Jūratė has been with PwC for more than 13 years, working also with direct taxation, including tax reviews and due diligence, as well as accounting. Jūratė holds a degree in International Business Management and is an ACCA member.
