Incident Response

Incident response involves a timely, skill based deployment to technology related incidents that are adversely affecting business systems. These include cyber crime acts such as hacking, mail-bombing, spamming, domain name hijacking, server takeovers, denial of service, internet money laundering, destruction of data, online banking fraud and website defacing. It can also include a criminal act where a computer, not essential to the perpetration of the crime, acts as a store of information concerning the crime.
