In recent years, the challenges posed by an increasingly complex and fast-changing business world have brought about major changes in the way firms do business. The ability to respond to shifts in business activity in a fast, focused and flexible manner has become critical.
In light of this, it is with pleasure that we invite you to attend our 9th annual Tax and Legal conference, Capitalising on Change*. This year’s two-day conference brings together an experienced team of qualified tax and legal professionals to shed light on a variety of Tax and Legal issues that may affect businesses in Thailand.
The first day of the conference will include an update on Tax and Legal issues, as well as a guest speaker from the Large Business Tax Administration who will outline their policy and strategy for tax supervision of multinational companies. Our panel of tax and legal partners will provide an update on the challenges and opportunities in the coming year. In addition, the panel will discuss changes in the position of the Revenue Department in regards to tax collection.
Day two of the conference comprises of the following breakout sessions:

Participants can sign-up for four breakout sessions of their choice.
Note that the first day of the conference will be conducted in Thai, with simultaneous English translation. The breakout sessions on the second day will be conducted in Thai and English. Please refer to the enrolment form for the language of each specific breakout session.
