Building Resilience into your people strategy – We can assist you to embed an effective people strategy that integrates the best of your own systems with Resilience methodology. To do this we work with your senior management and human capital group using aspects of our Resilience model in a way that will challenge and develop your leadership and your people .

The Resilience model is a comprehensive and flexible framework with a range of choices as to content and assessment tools. How it is used depends on your needs and how far you want to develop your people. Through our Resilience solutions, we can assist leaders to shape their organisational culture, which in turn will drive performance.

Practical Resilience – Our flagship programme that suits all people within an organisation. Practical Resilience focuses on the base resilience competencies and aims to improve the performance, engagement and happiness of your management and employee base.

The programme objective is to create a critical mass of individuals who can better deal with stress and who have the health, energy and endurance to succeed in their work challenges. The programme aims to deliver sustainable and measurable behavioural change for participants and also the organisation.

A reflective learning approach is encouraged where participants are enabled to compare the new information to past experience and think about the experiences they would like to have going forward.

The three disciplines covered in Practical Resilience are:

  • Physical Vitality – managing health risk, lifestyle and daily practice
  • Stress Mastery – bounce back, attention control, relaxation and FLOW
  • Performance Mindset – brain training, emotion regulation and empathy

Practical Resilience is typically run as 3 sessions lasting from 2.5-3.5 hours. However, we can tailor the programme to coincide with your timeframes.

Resilient Leadership – An integrated programme that targets senior leadership teams and high potential leadership talent. Increasing the resilience of leaders and a critical mass of employees leads to organisational resilience and a high trust, high performance culture.
Our Resilience specialists will work with key people in your organisation to tailor a programme that will align with both your people and commercial strategies.

The core areas covered in Resilient Leadership are:
  • Physical Vitality – building energy, strength and endurance
  • Self Mastery – being calm, alert and engaged
  • Performance Mindset – engaging the mind and emotion for effectiveness
  • Leadership and Influence – building capacity for Resonance

Resilient Leadership workshop modules typically range from half to a full day and include a mix of applied content, reflection, debate and practical learning. Each participant will work with a personal leadership development plan to bring rigour and discipline to the process. One-on-one coaching between modules can significantly enhance the learning journey.
