Denis is head of Transaction Services in the Republic of Ireland and has experience in leading a significant number of acquisitions, due diligence, vendor due diligence, investigatory and stock exchange related assignments for clients across all industries and size ranges.
Recent assignments include:
- Review of working capital for a major Irish business.
- Financial due diligence for large Irish companies doing "bolt on" acquisitions
- The financial restructuring of a plc involving a bond issue, equity restructuring and revised banking arrangements.
- Partner-in-charge of a number of large projects where UK Private Equity houses have invested in Irish companies.
- Partner-in-charge of a number of large acquisitions across Europe and the US.
- Reporting accountant on the listing of Aer Lingus plc and Smurfit Kappa plc on the Dublin and London Stock Exchanges.
