Assist organisations to tailor their reward strategies with a focus on both internal and external factors such as:

Provide remuneration data from basic ‘job-pricing’ to full remuneration reviews across entire workforces. Use in house survey-based databases providing information on all aspects of remuneration enabling companies to:

Help organisations understand the relative ‘size’ of jobs, examining accountabilities and competencies, and enable them to build a suitable pay and grading structure.
- Remuneration Committees
- Assist Remuneration Committees to develop procedures for setting high level executive remuneration
- Provide up to date information on pay practice tailored to the organisation’s sector, size (employee number / market cap) and complexity.
- Corporate governance
Ensure companies understand and comply with their corporate governance responsibilities e.g. under the Combined Code. Assist organisations to liaise with their main stakeholders
- Incentives
Advice on all forms of incentives for the entire workforce. Design annual bonus plans and longer-term incentive plans, whether cash or share based, to ensure they are both motivational and a good ‘fit’ with business objectives
- Performance measures
Key to rewarding executives for delivering business success is selecting the correct performance measures and measurement period. Advice on appropriate measures for short and longer-term incentive plans whether financial metrics or, increasingly, non-financial metrics such as customer satisfaction and environmental.
