Barry is a Manager within PricewaterhouseCoopers' Performance Improvement team and is based in Christchurch. Prior to joining PwC, Barry held a number of leadership and management appointments in the New Zealand Defence Forces spanning a period of 22 years.
Barry has led and managed the Christchurch Performance Improvement team across the whole spectrum of human resources related assignments. He has provided a full range of human resources services in strategic and tactical human resources matters in both government and the private sector in New Zealand and overseas over the past 18 years.

Barry’s areas of interest and expertise include strategic remuneration advice, job sizing and evaluation, incentive at risk schemes, career and outplacement assistance, organisational and structural reviews and executive and managerial selection.
