Pat is a senior manager in the Transaction Services practice in the Republic of Ireland. He has managed numerous due diligence, including vendor due diligence, project management, strategy and other advisory assignments across a large number of industries including construction, agribusiness, container manufacturing, luxury goods, printing, software and financial services. These have included transactions in the UK, Sweden, Germany, France, Latvia and the US with deal sizes ranging from <€25m to €500m+.
Recent assignments include:
- Led a team working on a vendor due diligence for the disposal of a large manufacturing company by a premier packaging and manufacturing company.
- Led a vendor due diligence assignment for a clinical waste company
- Led a range of acquisitions and fund raising activities for a large plc.
