Paul is a partner in the Transaction Services practice in the Republic of Ireland. His experience covers a wide variety of business advisory and transaction related assignments both local and cross-border for clients from various industries and sectors.

Recent assignments include:

• Partner- in-charge of the acquisition of telecommunications and broadcast media company.
• Led a review of historical and projected financial information prepared by Aer Rianta on behalf of the Department of Transport.
• Acted for a Textile Services Company as they entered the Irish market through acquisition.
• Led a team to advise the management of a large European manufacturer on its successful buyout of the company from a large plc.
