Jimmy is a Director in our Corporate Finance practice in Dublin. He has a wide breadth of experience and has led several teams advising clients across a broad range of business sectors including: retail, financial services, technology, engineering, entertainment and media, property and healthcare. Jimmy’s client responsibilities focus on Finance Raising and Debt Structuring for clients as well as advising clients on acquisitions and disposals of companies to private and US and European listed entities.
Previous assignments include:
- Lead advisor to a Multinational UK based retail business on the disposal of its Irish Operations to its MBO team.
- Lead advisor to Directski.com on its acquisition of McNeil Rigby Travel a travel agency in Northern Ireland.
- Lead advisor to a property developer on sourcing finance for property development
- Lead advisor to the Management Buyout Team of an Irish based engineering company.
- Lead advisor to several companies in retail ,technology and media on their equity finance raising rounds the companies included; Gift voucher Shop; Directski.com; Ntera; a Media Company; US Scientific; Jinny Software; IFTN ; Identigen; Water Purifcation Company and World 2000.
- Lead advisor to the shareholders of Jinny Software on the sale to Acotel Group s.p.a
