Outplacement

A service that aims to reduce employee losses and to safely move them to the next stage should you wish to reduce the number of staff or make changes in their positions.

The content of the programme for dismissed employees:

  • Personal evaluation
  • Preparing CVs
  • Guidance to identify career opportunities and targets
  • Determination of important points in order to get new job opportunities
  • Effective interview techniques
  • Psychometric test applications
  • Follow-up meetings

All candidates are monitored for two months following the end of the programme in terms of developments, and a report is submitted.
