John is a Partner in our Transaction Services practice in the Republic of Ireland. He specialises in the completion of due diligence and financial reviews and has led numerous of high-profile assignments across a wide-variety of clients (corporate, private equity and Governmental) and territories. These have included transactions in the UK, Sweden, Germany, the Netherlands, Central and Eastern Europe, Russia, the US and Asia, with deal sizes ranging from <€25m to €1,000m+.
He is also experienced in the capital markets (including fund raisings, leveraged buy-outs and IPOs).
With a primary focus on deal execution, areas of knowledge include: :
- Vendor support and sell-side due diligence
- Acquisition due diligence (including pre-acquisition support and merger benefits)
- Management buy-outs
- Securitisations and specialist bond issues
- Class 1 acquisitions / disposals and public takeovers
