Ken is a Senior Manager in the South Island Practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers, specialising in tax.
He advises a range of public and private companies and organisations and provides specialist consulting advice on all aspects of taxation, including business restructures/reorganisations and major business transactions.
Ken has over 20 years experience in tax, and 2 years working in London . Ken joined the PwC team at the start of 2006, previously holding a position in Inland Revenue as one of the most senior corporate investigators. That position involved leading tax audits of publicly listed companies and multinational businesses. He brings to the PwC a blend of wide-ranging commercial experience and extensive knowledge of the IRD approach to tax matters. |
