Annual compliance and maintenance of statutory registers

The Registrar of Companies applies a strict enforcement policy on companies and their directors for non-filing of Annual Returns. Penalties and prosecutions for non-compliance are now a common element of our legal system.

Every company an Annual Return Date (ARD) and companies have 28 days from the ARD to file their accounts and Annual Returns, after which late filing penalties of between EUR 100 to EUR 1,200 can be levied. In addition directors may be liable to personal prosecution for non filing.

Why not let PwC advise and assist you on all procedural requirements for full compliance so you avoid the significant penalties for non compliance.

We will arrange for the preparation of Annual General Meeting papers, Annual Returns and arrange for their timely filing at Companies Registration Office.

Our advisors are members, associates and fellows of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
