Biography:
Stelios Constantinou qualified as a chartered accountant in the UK and joined the Cyprus office of PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1992, where he became partner in 1997. He is the Assurance Learning and Education Leader for the firm in Cyprus and also PwC in Europe. He is also the head of the firm’s IFRS Technical Committee. Mr Constantinou has worked with private and publicly listed clients across the financial services, retail, tourism and oil and gas sectors.
Mr Constantinou has been the president of the Accounting and Auditing Standards Committee of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus for two years.
Tasos Nolas

Biography:
Tasos N Nolas is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus.
He is a Global Accounting Consulting Services partner, a member of PricewaterhouseCoopers Global IFRS leasing technical committee and the team leader of the Cyprus IFRS technical committee. He spent two years in PricewaterhouseCoopers Global Accounting Consulting Services – central financial instruments team in London where he has been involved in a variety of IFRS financial statements reviews and IFRS financial instruments issues. He has been involved in numerous internal and external IFRS training events in Cyprus and abroad.
Mr Nolas is also working as assurance engagement leader on publicly listed and private clients across the financial services, tourism and real estate sectors.
Mr Nolas has served as a member of the Board of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus.
Androulla Pitta

Androulla Pittas qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the UK in 1984. She joined PwC as a partner in 2002. She is a partner in the Financial Services division of the firm, and the partner in charge of Assurance – Insurance services of the firm. In addition, she has extensive experience in Investment holding, banking and other financial services clients.

Andreas Constantinides qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the UK in 1984 and became a partner with a Big 4 firm in Cyprus in 1987. He joined PwC in 2002. He is the Assurance Technology Leader for the firm in Cyprus. He is also on the firm’s IRFS Technical Committee. Mr Constantinides has worked with private and publicly listed clients across the retail, consumer, IT and oil and gas sectors.
Mr Constantinides has served as a member of number of Committees of the Cyprus Institute of Certified Public Accountants including the Accounting and Auditing Standards Committee.
Achilleas Chrysanthou

Biography:
Achilleas Chrysanthou qualified as a chartered accountant in the UK and joined the Cyprus office of PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1984.He became a director of the Cyprus firm in 1999 and he is based in the Nicosia office. Mr Chrysanthou has wide Knowledge and experience in the audit of public listed and private companies across all industry sectors with specialisation in the financial services/insurance sector.
Mr Chrysanthou is a member of the firm’s IFRS Technical Panel and he is also involved with IFRS training and courses.
