Compliance relationship managers

To ensure that your compliance process runs smoothly for you, we have specialist compliance relationship managers who oversee multi-territory arrangements. The compliance relationship manager is typically based in your head office location; some clients will also have separate coordinators for individual regions. Specialist coordinators are also used for non-tax compliance services, such as accounting services.

Large, multi-territory compliance assignments can be complex so issues will inevitably arise from time to time. It is the role of the compliance relationship manager to ensure any such issues are rapidly resolved, with minimum disruption.

Managed transition

An effective transition is the essential first step in implementing a successful, integrated client service plan. Transitions are led by experienced professionals who will work with our global network and compliance relationship managers to maximise efficiencies and assist you in realising the benefits associated with GCS.

Transition objectives:

Capture legacy knowledge
Review existing processes
Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardisation
Identify issues, risks and information requirements
Produce a workplan to address all these matters
