Shane is a Director in our Corporate Finance practice in Dublin, specialising in Project Finance, PPP and infrastructure transactions. His client responsibilities involve project management of complex transactions, and identification and resolution of critical project and financing issues.
Previous assignments include:
- Leading the financial team advising the preferred bidder on the Thornton Hall Prison PPP project.
- Advising a bidder on their tender for 3 projects to build private hospitals on public campuses.
- Leading the financial team advising a bidder on their bids for a programme of schools PPP projects.
- Advising the EuroLink consortium on financing and bidding strategy on their bids for the Irish roads projects.
- Advised STI on their successful tender to the JWMB for the 10-year contract for treatment of clinical and healthcare waste on the island of Ireland.
- Advised Veolia on their tender for the Fingal Landfill PPP project.
- Advised the Anna Livia Consortium on funding, financial structuring and bid strategy in connection with their bid for the National Conference Centre.
- Led the financial team that is advising DMDL on the financial and procurement aspects of the development of The Digital Hub project.
- Advising the Department of Transport on financing of State Airports.
- Advised Dublin City Council on the development of the Dublin Waste to Energy Project.
- Advising the South East Region on developing integrated waste management facilities as a PPP project.
- Shane has participated at a senior advisory level on a wide range of Corporate Finance assignments, including acquisitions, disposals, finance raising, valuations and management buy-outs.
