Brian is a senior manager in the Transaction Services Group in the Republic of Ireland. He specialises in the completion of due diligence and financial reviews and has led numerous of high-profile assignments across a wide-variety of clients (corporate, private equity and Governmental) and territories. These have included transactions in the UK, US and mainland Europe with deal sizes ranging from €10m to €400m.
He is also experienced in the capital markets (including fund raisings, leveraged buy-outs and IPOs).
With a primary focus on deal execution, areas of knowledge include:
- Acquisition due diligence (including pre-acquisition support and merger benefits)
- Vendor support and sell-side due diligence
- Management buy-outs
- Class 1 acquisitions / disposals and public takeovers
- IPO support
- Financial assistance / working capital reviews
