The next part briefly provides answers to questions relating to policies and operations of various government agencies which deal on various aspects of business from registration to operations and availment of incentives.

The guide strives to reflect changes in the economic and business policies, tax laws and government regulations as of September 2007 which have been made to spur economic growth and to encourage increased foreign and local equity investments in the Philippines.
