The law firm services group of PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Private Company Services practice has developed the second annual global strategic survey.
Measuring more than 60 different areas of firms’ activities, the survey will help firms evaluate where they stand now compared to their peers and how they can move forward strategically to meet their goals and deal with competition.
Survey participants will receive critical information on:
Strategies for global expansion
Criteria for entering and exiting markets
Growth expectations and profitability
2008 'Spotlight' topics on China, lateral hiring and retention
Risks
More than a dozen other topics that are key drivers of global strategy
The survey questionnaire is divided into two sections: Strategy and finance/human resources. This will enable you to have key senior executives in your firm complete each section. Results of these sections will be combined into one overall comprehensive report.
The International law firm strategic survey brochure provides an overall summary.
The attached frequently asked questions (FAQs) explain the scope of the survey, the many benefits of participation, and how the survey is organized and distributed.
