This is our first corporate social responsibility report. For the first time, we are providing a separate report detailing our policies and accomplishments in the areas of people, society and the environment. We are doing this because we consider it important, and because we believe in being open and transparent about our actions. We have asked our external auditors to provide assurance on the information presented here; we consider this verification very important. In this way, we hope to make it possible for our stakeholders to form a clear and comprehensive impression of our organisation.
This report is based on our commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). We have a vision of the future in which companies cooperate with public institutions and non-governmental organisations to create and maintain a sustainable society. We are aware that we are only just beginning our activities in the CSR field and recognize plenty of aspects where we can strengthen our policy and improve results – in terms of people, the environment and society.
