CEO positions in corporate organizations come across as exalted and highly coveted. To some, it is because the position is prestigious, very visible and usually comes with the perks of office. To others, it is because the position is synonymous with success, especially if the company has demonstrated high levels of corporate success on a sustainable basis. And the company, like the CEO, is admired for the achievements.
