Dutch Trends in Real Estate 2008
This report on Dutch Trends in Real Estate has been compiled for the second time. Its purpose is to give a more in-depth view on the trends and issues which currently dominate the Dutch real estate market. This report is published jointly by PricewaterhouseCoopers Netherlands and the Urban Land Institute Netherlands.
The report was achieved by adding a set of questions relating to Dutch real estate to the general European questionnaire, and conducting interviews throughout the Netherlands. The report provides the results of interviews held with a large number of Dutch real estate industry leaders. All interviewees have been quoted anonymously.

Emerging Trends in Real Estate® Europe 2008 is published jointly by PricewaterhouseCoopers and the Urban Land Institute. The report highlights how European and international economic trends and issues are affecting real estate, describes trends in capital markets, where the best opportunities are for investment and development, which property markets to avoid and gives detailed analysis and prospects for office, retail, industrial, hotel and residential property sectors.
