Richmond-Airport-Vancouver Rapid Transit Line A ground-breaking transaction for the British Columbia market, the Richmond-Airport-Vancouver (RAV) project is the first major rail PPP to reach commercial close in North America. RAV is a rail-based rapid transit line that will link central Richmond, the Vancouver International Airport, and the city of Vancouver along the Cambie corridor to the emerging transportation hub at Waterfront Station in downtown Vancouver.

PricewaterhouseCoopers has acted as lead financial and business adviser to RAV Project Management Ltd (RAVCO), the Government authority created specifically to oversee the procurement, design, construction and implementation of the project, since inception of the project.
