Challenges of complying with the AdvaMed Code

Medical device companies embrace the need to strengthen sales and marketing compliance activities in light of increasing stringent government scrutiny. The 2007 survey by PricewaterhouseCoopers, King & Spalding LLP and Compliance-Alliance LLC, benchmarks the effect of AdvaMed's 2004 Code of Ethics on Interactions with Health Care Professionals.
