Senior Manager/Manager (Learning & Education)

Overview

Learning and Education is entrusted to help facilitate our People's Learning Experience. The spectrum of services we provide ranges from design & delivery of learning solutions, performance consulting, event organizing to managing professional examinations.

We are looking for 2 team members to work and have fun with us, each respectively servicing a key client, in the following :

• Develop, customise and deliver technical learning solutions
• Facilitate discussions/workshops with leaders and managers on performance-related issues.
• Source, develop, customize and deliver learning solutions to close performance gaps.
• Ensure and maintain quality control of learning solutions on a regular basis.
• Instill amongst staff a sense of responsibility for their own learning and a desire to learn continually
