Requirements
- Recognised university degree
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant implementation experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a lead
- Experience in Shared Service Center or Business Process Outsourcing is an added advantage
- Able to work well with colleagues and clients
- Able to build a cohesive team
- Possess hand-on management style
- Effective communication skills
- Good verbal & written English
- Possess initiative
- Must be accurate
- Able to meet deadlines
