The services we provide to our clients vary depending on their objectives. Our work could involve anything from ensuring that the company meets its tax filing and payment deadlines to advising on international tax planning and restructuring.

We have a local and worldwide network of specialists in areas such as Audit, Corporate Finance, Human Resource consulting, Pensions, Customs & Excise duties, Legal Services and Business Advisory Services whom we liaise with on a regular basis in order to provide our clients with a complete range of services.

The Role:

PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) has a long list of Clients in the Technology, Infocomms, Entertainment industries

You will manage a portfolio of Technology, Information, Communications, entertainment & Services clients, and take responsibility for the co-ordination of all tax services from PwC Ireland. There will be a high level of interaction with offices in the PwC international network.

You will run significant engagements day-to-day and also to provide strategic and tactical input into the development of PwC’s relationship with the client

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of clients to include Irish subsidiaries of multinationals and Irish-owned multinationals
  • Developing and maintaining solid business relationships
  • Developing and maintaining new products and services
  • Managing large meetings
  • Participation in non-client projects and events
  • Sharing knowledge, skills and experience
  • Management of a team of tax professionals including staff development and performance management

Education / Professional Qualifications

  • AITI , ACA or other relevant professional qualification

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 6 years experience as a tax professional at Manager level
  • Ideally Irish tax experience but we would also be interested in experience in another common law jurisdiction
  • A good knowledge of the structuring of and approach to tax planning.
  • Proven ability to lead and bring a team together in the delivery of demanding client service
