With a team of AP, AR, FA, GL and/or staff claims reporting to you, your role is to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of service to clients in accordance with agreements made with clients including the Service Level Agreement.

Requirements

  • Recognised university degree in accountancy
  • Minimum of 4 years relevant work experience required as a lead in the area of processing AP,AR, FA, GL and /or staff claims
  • Experience in Shared Service Center or Business Process Outsourcing is an added advantage
  • Able to work well with colleagues and clients
  • Able to build a cohesive team
  • Possess hand-on management style
  • Effective communication skills
  • Good verbal & written English
  • Possess initiative
  • Must be accurate
  • Able to meet deadlines
