Job Description
You will join our Financial Due Diligence Group and work with a team of highly trained Transactions Specialists providing due diligence, vendor assistance, negotiation support and deal structuring for Merger & Acquisition (M&A) transactions within and outside Singapore. You will also have an opportunity to work on some of the largest and most challenging cross-border deals in Asia Pacific.

Job Requirement Essential
You should have a Degree in Business and/or Accounting, with at least 6 years' of relevant experience in audit and transaction advisory. Preference will be given to candidates with due diligence, business development or strong external audit experience. You should also be a strong project manager and good team player, who is highly adaptable to work independently and effectively under pressure in a new and fast-moving environment.
In addition, you should demonstrate the ability to think strategically and be familiar with risk management issues. Frequent travel is required.
