You will perform support services such as troubleshooting and fault diagnosis of hardware and software. You will maintain and administer servers and you will also be providing support of data communications i.e. VPN, dial-up and wireless networking.

Skills / Qualification / Knowledge Requirement

  • Minimum 4 - 5 years' working experience with exposure in performing support services in the desktop/notebook, server and network environment
  • Proficient in Windows XP, Novell and Microsoft applications. Knowledge of Lotus Notes would be an advantage
  • User oriented and able to interact effectively at all levels
