This company cleaned up existing landfill sites and used methane generated from the sites to produce electricity. They were looking for a partner to help them achieve maximum value from the emissions credits generated.

- Advise them on how to get maximum value from the emissions credits by establishing baseline emissions and reductions;
- Seek agreement from the appropriate bodies; and
- Sell the credits in the market.
The outcome
Our experience of trading emissions credits helped our client get its baseline emissions and future reductions agreed to by the appropriate bodies. We worked with the client to gain maximum financial benefit from the credits generated.
