PricewaterhouseCoopers, Ireland’s leading professional services firm, is delighted to announce that from Tuesday, 10 April, it will be relocated at One Spencer Dock, North Wall Quay, Dublin 1.
The move follows the firm’s continued growth with total revenues of nearly €290 million of which €210 million are in the Republic of Ireland.
Speaking at the announcement, Donal O’Connor, Senior Partner, PricewaterhouseCoopers said:

The firm’s new custom designed building, situated right on the waterfront, extends some 22,000 square metres over three blocks and nine floors.
PwC will be the first business to move to the world class Spencer Dock Development in the heart of the vibrant Dublin Docklands area.

- The relocation is the largest move ever over one weekend in Ireland. It involves some 2,000 people relocating over the Easter week-end from Wilton Place, George’s Quay and Ashford House.
- The new building occupies over 22,000 square metres over three blocks and nine floors.
- The building involves Europe’s biggest internal glass project over the past 12 months.

- Facilities in the building include a food-court style Restaurant, Fitness centre and state-of-the-art training and meeting rooms.
- Technology solutions include digital telephony throughout and wireless connectivity in all meeting rooms. 27 media walls facilitate internal and external communications. SmartCards operate access control as well as an integrated printing system.
The Firm’s goal is to make Spencer Dock a carbon neutral operation and it has used its relocation to introduce a number of new environmental initiatives including recycling points throughout the office and SmartPrinting which will significantly reduce paper and energy consumption (40%).
PwC is operating two customised buses from three city centre connection points to Spencer Dock. This complements the public transport facilities including DART, LUAS and other mainline rail services.
