Rimvydas joined PricewaterhouseCoopers office in Lithuania in 1995.
During 2000 and 2001, he spent a year in Denmark, PricewaterhouseCoopers Copenhagen office, were he was involved in audits of leading Danish financial services, telecommunication and industrial companies.

Rimvydas has extensive experience in leading audit, internal audit, transaction services and other assignments for PricewaterhouseCoopers' clients in Lithuania and abroad.
Rimvydas is a certified auditor of Lithuania and a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Andrej Kosiakov

Andrej joined PricewaterhouseCoopers office in Lithuania in 1995.
From 2000 to 2003, he spent three years in Serbia and Montenegro, PricewaterhouseCoopers Belgrade office, where he was engaged in establishing and developing the local audit practice.

From 2003 to 2005, Andrej spent two years in the United Kingdom, PricewaterhouseCoopers London office (London Capital Markets Group). He was involved in advising and assisting various companies, including major listed ones, in their transition to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Andrej has extensive experience in leading audit, transaction and IFRS transition services in Lithuania and abroad.
Andrej is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Asta Liepienė

Asta is specialising in providing services to financial sector clients, such as banks, insurance, leasing and investment management companies.

Asta is a certified auditor of Lithuania. Also, she is a member of the Commission of Accounting Experts at the Lithuanian Accounting Institute, and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Jurgita Kirvaitienė

Jurgita joined PricewaterhouseCoopers office in Lithuania in 1997.
In 1999 and 2000, Jurgita worked on short-term secondments at PricewaterhouseCoopers offices in London and Birmingham, UK, where she was involved in the audits of international corporations.

Jurgita leads engagements related to audit and review of financial statements prepared by industrial, trade and services companies in accordance with the Lithuanian regulatory legislation on accounting, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Jurgita is a certified auditor of Lithuania. She is a Board member of the Lithuanian Chamber of Auditors. She is also a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Rokas Gylys

Rokas joined PricewaterhouseCoopers office in Lithuania in 1998.
From 2003 to 2005, he spent two years in New Zealand, at PricewaterhouseCoopers Auckland and Wellington offices, where he was engaged in providing actuarial services to leading insurance companies, pension schemes and other clients.

In addition, Rokas has extensive experience in providing audit services to financial sector clients, such as insurance companies and banks.
Rokas is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a fellow of the Institute of Actuaries (UK).
