Since July 2007 the partnership of PricewaterhouseCoopеrs Ukraine has been further strengthened with the admission of Oleg Tymkiv as a Transaction Services Partner.
Since 2004 Oleg held the position of Director in the Transaction Services.
Oleg has a wide range of experience in providing due diligence and financial advisory services to both Ukrainian and international companies. He led numerous engagements for clients in the financial sector as well as telecommunications, consumer products, energy and mining sectors. Oleg is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a certified auditor of the Audit Chamber of Ukraine.
Commenting on his admission, Oleg Tymkiv said:
“I was delighted to know that the partners of PricewaterhouseCoopers decided to admit me to the PwC partnership. For me, first of all, it is an acknowledgement of my contribution to the successful development of PwC in Ukraine and in Central and Eastern Europe. I will focus my activity on providing assistance to both foreign investors in developing their activities in Ukraine and to Ukrainian companies in entering foreign markets. I will also pay much attention to the development of new business lines for PwC’s advisory practice”.

Oleg Tymkiv’s professional career with PricewaterhouseCoopers started in 1997 as an Assistant Manager. Oleg graduated from the Odessa University of Economics with a degree in international finance and banking.
