Kristina joined PricewaterhouseCoopers office in Lithuania in 1996.
As a consultant of Tax and Legal Services, Kristina provided professional advice to international organisations, conducted tax due diligence of the companies, and assessed the impact of draft legislation on different companies. |
During the period from 1999 to 2003, Kristina worked at Vilnius 7th Law Firm associated with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she led a number of tax and legal projects, drafted contracts, and provided consultations on tax planning and tax optimization issues.
Kristina attended a number of global tax conferences and seminars both, as a listener and as a speaker. In October 2004, she participated at a conference "Tax Optimization – How to Do it in a Lawful Way?" during which she introduced the opportunities of tax planning in Lithuania and presented several case studies.
Kristina has an extensive experience in advising how to choose the most acceptable structure of transaction in terms of taxes. She provides consultations on such issues as determining the validity of prices, registration of companies for VAT purposes, availability of tax allowances, opportunities of reducing tax burden for single companies or group of companies.

Jūratė joined PricewaterhouseCoopers office in Lithuania in 1994.
From 1994 to 1998, Jūratė was a Chief Financier of the firm. Her responsibilities included book keeping, preparation of financial statements and reporting to tax authorities, as well as preparation of budgets and various reports for management.

From 1998 to 2000, she was involved in the audits of leading Lithuanian construction, textile, energy and industrial companies.
In 1999, Jūratė joined Tax Services. She is involved in tax reviews and tax due diligence engagements of various companies, as well as in tax planning and tax optimization projects. In addition, Jūratė participates in the audits of Lithuanian and international companies, provides professional advice to the clients on a wide range of issues related to taxes, employment of foreigners, and taxation.
Jūratė is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
