PRICEWATERHOUSECOOPERS IS STRENGHTENING ITS POSITION IN UKRAINE

The team of PricewaterhouseCoopers partners in Ukraine has increased from three to five partners.
Commenting on new appointment, Boris Krasnyansky, the Managing Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers Ukraine, said: “We are pleased to announce that Nilesh Lad, a Partner from our Moscow office will join PricewaterhouseCoopers Assurance and Advisory in Ukraine. Nilesh will take responsibility for and provide leadership to our Energy and Metals Industry practice.”
Nilesh is a British national. He graduated from the Aston Business School, Birmingham, England and is a Fellow of the Institute for Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Nilesh is also an accredited Transactions Services Partner. Nilesh joined PricewaterhouseCoopers (England) in 1988, he moved to our Miami (USA) office in 1992 and then transferred to Moscow (Russia) in 1994.
Nilesh has specialised in the Russian Oil and Gas and Mining Industry, dealing with both large Russian clients and Foreign Direct Investment. Most recently, Nilesh has assisted clients to access the UK equity markets and the European debt markets. Nilesh brings a unique blend of both International and US GAAP reporting with local operating knowledge.
