TORONTO, June 22, 2007 — PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) has placed within the top 10 of the “Full Service Outsourcing and Offshoring Advisors” category of the latest Black Book of Outsourcing survey. Conducted by Brown Wilson Group, PwC took a sixth-place ranking.

“PwC moved up to sixth in 2007 from 35th in 2006,” says John Chang, National Leader of PwC Canada’s Outsourcing Advisory Practice. “This recognition highlights the fact that PwC is one of the leading providers of trusted business advice to clients that are seeking to outsource — locally and globally.”

The listing serves to provide buyers of outsourcing and consulting services with an unbiased assessment of the world's leading providers and advisers based on category. The lists are derived from an extensive annual research study which factors in voluntary and anonymous responses from "C" level executives evaluating outsourcing vendors based on four survey areas: C-Level Commitment, Corporate Direction, Leadership Impact, and Human Capital Performance. The 2007 study included over 20,000 responses worldwide.
