Seung Woo Ryu is the leader of Transaction Services and Financial Advisory Services of Samil PricewarerhouseCoopers (PwC Korea). He has more than 26 years of experiences including two years at PwC Frankfurt, advising a wide range of clients from multinational companies to strategic and financial investors.
He has provided a broad scope of financial and business advisory services with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, recovery and restructuring, and deal structuring and strategy.
Seung-Woo Ryu holds a Bachelor degree in business administration from Sogang University and a Master’s degree in Tax from Hongik University. a master degree in business administration from Seoul National University.
Mr. Ryu is a member of the Korean Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
