Kyung-Joon Jang is the leader of Samil PwC’s Performance & Improvement Managing partner. With 28 years of experience, including two years at PwC’s Los Angeles office, K.J. Jang has achieved distinction in a broad range of assurance and business advisory services within the financial service industry. Over the years, Mr. Jang has assisted banks, securities companies and insurance companies with mergers & acquisitions, restructuring, financial risk management, regulatory changes and IPO at an overseas stock exchange.
K.J. Jang has served as a member of various government committees. He has served as an external advisor to the banking subcommittee of the Financial Promotion Deliberation Committee under the Ministry of Finance & Economy and an examiner of MOU in the Korean Deposit Insurance Corporation. He currently serves as an director of Beautiful Foundation, charity organization.
K.J. Jang received a Bachelor’s degree from Seoul National University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Yonsei University.
