Intensive, practical and effective IFRS training
Since 2005, European stock exchange-listed companies are required to comply with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) for their consolidated financial statements. However, our services are not exclusively available to listed companies, but also to those who are preparing to adopt IFRS or are already reporting in accordance with IFRS.
Our intensive, well-structured courses provide efficient support for local experts to expand their knowledge of IFRS.
Each session begins with a presentation on theoretical principals followed by a practical session with short exercises. In addition to familiarizing participants with IFRS standards, we will provide concrete examples of local or international problems and applied solutions.
The courses are in Hungarian, but based on the number of requests they may be made available in English as well:
- 24 April, 2006 – IFRS hot topics
- Embedded leasing
- Electrical and Electronic Waste
- Emission rights
- Current IFRS changes, new IFRS interpretations
- 15 May, 2006 – IFRS 7 – Disclosure of Financial Instruments and the latest measurement issues
Presenters:
- Ágnes Tardos, IFRS Transition Director
- Árpád Balázs, Director
- Katalin Szilágyi, Senior Manager
- Melinda Modok, Manager
- Márk Kiss, Senior Associate
