The Ministry for Culture and Mass Communications of Russia, the Ministry for Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation and PricewaterhouseCoopers have the honour of inviting you to the conference
“Applying Public Private Partnership Mechanisms in the Sphere of Culture”. The conference will take place on 26 February 2007 in Moscow in the Conference Hall of the State Tretyakov Gallery.
Public private partnership projects are taking on greater significance for the development of several spheres of activity around the world and have a promising future in Russia. The application of this schemes in culture will allow to attract financing and investment for the restoration and preservation of cultural heritage sites. The goal of our conference is to help you better understand the legal, financial and administrative mechanisms of public private partnership in Russia.
The following people have been invited to participate in the conference:
- The heads of cultural ministries and administrations of the Russian constituent regions
- The heads of central and territorial administrations of the Russian Heritage Site Preservation Agency
- Deputies of the Russian State Duma, members of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation
- Representatives of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs
- Managers of large and medium-sized businesses.
