Ronan is Tax Partner for the Southeast Practice and leads a team of over twenty professionals in our Waterford, Wexford and Kilkenny offices. He specialises in providing taxation advice to a broad range of indigenous Irish businesses and multinational clients.
Ronan is pro-active in bringing tax planning and tax saving opportunities to his clients' attention. Some of the work he has undertaken includes:
- Advising on tax effective business selling and acquisition strategies;
- Advising on tax efficient estate planning and general succession planning for businesses and individuals;
- Advising on tax-efficient group restructuring and rationalisation programmes;
- Assisted organisations in preparing for, and responding to, Corporation Tax, VAT, PAYE/PRSI and RCT inspections; and
- Advising on appropriate taxation structures for Irish and foreign property development and investment transactions.
Ronan regularly writes articles on various tax related topics and is a qualified solicitor and member of the Irish Taxation Institute.
