Although no longer at the top of the list, CEOs are still worried about over-regulation. The Survey shows that they feel that there are a number of areas in which governments and regulators could make significant improvements ― particularly in matters of labour law, tax regimes and, to a lesser extent, education. However, despite all the talk about Sarbanes-Oxley and other financial regulations over the last few years, CEOs are less concerned about requirements for listing of public companies for new listings.
