Over a period of twelve years, she completed purchases involving $1 billion of forestry assets in three countries, as well as analyzing single transactions valued up to $1 billion, and led RII’s efforts in the drafting and negotiation of joint venture partnership structures. Subsequently, she founded GMO’s timber group along with Eric Oddleifson, and holds the position of Managing Partner. She earned her B.A. in Economics from Harvard University and has studied timber economics at Duke University and the University of Georgia. |

Roger Wright is the founder and managing director of Hawkins Wright Ltd. a leading independent research and consultancy company which specializes in international pulp and paper markets. The company was established in 1983 and clients include most of the world’s leading pulp and paper companies.
Hawkins Wright publishes multi-client reports and carries out proprietary research for individual organizations. Hawkins Wright is based in London but over 95% of the research is undertaken outside the United Kingdom, particularly in East Asia.
Publications include the highly regarded forecast ‘Outlook for Market Pulp, Supply and Prices’, the monthly newsletter ‘Pulpwatch’ , and ‘Defining the China Market’, a detailed analysis of paper, board and raw materials which is published annually.
In his career, Roger Wright has undertaken research and consultancy assignments in over 50 countries. He has made many contributions to industry publications and frequently addresses audiences at international conferences on trade matters. |

Clive Suckling Director, Global Forest, Paper and Packaging Practice
PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP London, United Kingdom | Clive Suckling is a graduate of Oxford University and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Originally in audit, Clive has over 20 years experience in advising international companies on mergers, acquisitions and disposals, capital markets transactions, cross-border investment and corporate reporting.
Through his responsibility for developing PwC’s business in Scandinavia, Clive has worked with many of the world’s leading forest products companies based in that region over the past 15 years. This experience includes acting as lead adviser to a major Scandinavian company on the acquisition of timber and panel distribution businesses across Europe. He has also acted for a number of non-European forest products companies on cross-border investment strategies
Since 1 July 2005, he has acted as Director of PwC’s Global Forest, Paper & Packaging Industry Practice, with responsibility for developing the firms’ thinking and services towards that sector on a global basis.
