It goes without saying that PricewaterhouseCoopers expects high standards from its staff. Before you can join us, you need to go through a three-phase selection procedure:

  • letter of application and résumé;
  • first interview with a Human Resources professional, sometimes with a line officer;
  • second interview with a manager and a partner from the professional practice;
  • an assessment procedure, if necessary.

The main points we are looking for are: motivation, own input and initiative, independence, problem-solving capacity and teamwork talent.
