The second regional conference “Balkan Real Estate Conference" will take place 15-16 April 2008 in Kempinski Hotel Zografski. The event is organised by Balkan Property Exhibition - BalPEx, together with Colliers International and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Balkan Real Estate Conference - BalREc will focus on the business opportunities in the property markets of Bulgaria, Romania and Serbia with highlights of several neighbouring countries. The main objective of the conference is to present the real estate market and the investment climate in the region. This will be done through panel discussions with invited speakers representing the major players from the business.
