Guess my theory has proven right.

Coming from a humble background, the idea of owning a part of an international firm was simply too abstract. The environment in PwC is one which inspires its people to greater achievements. If you love your job and enjoy every minute of it, partnership then becomes a natural career transition. Having a positive and proactive attitude is important in attaining your goals in life. Although some may say that PwC is a building that never sleeps, but I think there is a major difference between a team that works late begrudgingly and a team which works late cheerfully.
